Over a week and still waiting for my refund

<p>I called Miway lasy week Monday regarding my refund and I was told it will take 7 days, then I called again this week after the 7 days and I was told to send my bank statement to speed up the process, I did that and I am still waiting. I spoke to a Nomsa and a Tsholo is the client care department neither have come back to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>There has been no effort from them to keep me updated on how far this process is. Your service sucks Miway</p>
