Over a month to get claim approved
My vehicles windscreen got damaged early in December 2015, I logged a claim and expected it would be finilised quickly, espessialy before my vacation as I had to use the vehicle. After several phonecalls and e-mails, being send from one person to another, each promising but never deliver
