OVER 4 MONTHS WAIT FOR EXCESS REPAYMENT
My wife was in a car accident, which was not her Fault. MiWay insisted that I paid the R3850.00 excess, which was to be reimbursed from the guilty party's insurance company (AON). Mariska Deventer was the person responsible fron AON's side. after numerous e-mails to all parties concerned and after waiting for AON to draw the sum of money from Sanlam/Santam (Not sure what it was about) I have now waited for 139 days for the excess of R3850.00 to be reimbursed.<br> <br> The Case number was C586492
