OVER 2 MONTHS SINCE I CLAIMED... STILL NO PAYMENT

I sent in the required insurance claim documents on the the 22nd of March, I waited a week or so, but there wad no feedback. I called continuously and there was no answer. When I sent an email to find out what was happening, I got an automated response telling me that the person handling my claim was on leaf. I hadn't been previously informed of this, so while he was on leaf, my claim was not being processed, and I was sitting without a car. My claim was then transferred to someone else, who also gave me problems, I had to call almost on a daily basis to make sure that my claim gets processed. Eventually A WHOLE MONTH LATER on the 23rd of april, the release forms were sent to me. I signed and returned them on the same day. I was told that it would, take 10 working days to process, I waited 12, and still nothing from their side. I then called again, they told me it would take 3 days and id definitely be sorted by midweek, STILL, there is nothing coming from their side.Today, the 20th of may,I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PAYMENT to fix my car. It has been a two month process and I am still sitting without a car which is negatively affecting my business.
