Outstanding Work - Collin Ntlailane
Collin Ntlailane was very patient and helpful in assisting me with amendments that I needed to make on our policy. He remained calm and showed interest in assisting me to resolve my query even though we were on the phone for over 30 minutes as he helped my to get connected via the mobile app for all my future edits of my policy. He is professional and efficient.
