outstanding services

I would like to share the service i experienced with the lady in Claims dept on the 22nd January 2021, basically she was making follow up with the claim i did last year, After the trauma i had with lot of incidents after the accident, she felt so emotional, she had to play a role of being a parent, a role of being a social worker, and she didn't forget her duties, unfortunately i cannot remember her name. I thank you for everything she has done for me, her words were " you are brave and you are strong" we really need those words when we feel down.
