Outstanding Service Rendered

Hi, yesterday I got a call from Nokuthula Ntshembeni with regard to terminating my policy with MiWay as I was unhappy with them increasing my premium & excess every year when I'm involved in an accident, I felt like I'm being punished for something that happened without my control. Thanks to Nokuthula I'm still with MiWay as she convinced me otherwise even though our conversation started as a debate Lol but She understood the side of my story, she reduced my premium & excess to meet my affordability and standards, she made me feel like I'm the only client or client who contributes more than other clients as she said over the phone "We don't wanna lose you as you're our valuable client", She's polite and understanding. With her many clients will never leave MiWay.
