Outstanding Service received from MiWay Insurance

On the 27 March 2019, I had a mechanic breakdown where the Cambelt fell of while i was driving and a lot of light started appearing on my dashboard and the steering wheel was hard to control. But because my car was just coming from the service at Centurion VW, i then took it there then they did not want to take ownership of what problems they caused for me. I then realized after my talk with them that my car was not safe to be left in their hands.

I then called MiWay to come assist in my distress to help me tow the car to McCarthy VW Wonderboom were i had always services my car for this years.

I spoke to Tumisang Kolwane when i called, and he assisted me with the whole process. I have received the most excellent service from him and i was pleased. He even did some follow ups with me and the people that had to come tow the car just to make sure all goes well.

Even the people he arranged to come fetch the car didnt even take long. He really deserves "10 stars" as he did an outstanding job. When talking to him i also realized the following: - He is a good communicator - Has deep knowledge about his role and company - Positive Attitude - Patience - Good listener My day started bad but after talking to MiWay all was GREAT, EXCELLENT.
