Outstanding service received from Mi Way Insurance

I contacted Mi Way Insurance as their on line system would not allow me to increase the value for my off road caravan to the amount that I purchased it for - maximum allowed on system is R 150 000.00. I dealt with one of their Managers by the name of Motheo whom listened to my concern and promised to look into it and come back to me. After a short period of time Motheo cam back to me and confirmed that Mi Way will assist in insuring my off road van at the purchase price of R 190 000.00. Even through I was quite frustrated in the beginning Motheo listened patiently to my concern, never raised his voice or got upset with me and came back to me with a suitable solution Shortly after informing me regards the amount insured I receive confirmation via e mail. Excellent service from Motheo of Mi Way Insurance - went out of his way to assist. Thank you
