Outstanding service received
Thank you Thato Madiba for your help,she called back from a call back portal after battling to get through to the last agent i spoke to regarding a pending matter .She followed up and escalated my query until it was resolved.I have been with the same insurance for 10 years and this young lady is 1 of a kind,service orientated,diligent and truly takes pride in her work.
