Outstanding service received

I had a breakdown with my car and I consulted Renault dealers they gave me the warranty nos to contact but I was not happy with way they were trying to I then consulted midway insurance where I find more than the help I expected on the guy by the name Tumi who did everything to sort my problem even quee ring for me from my Renault road side people why they fail to help me at the end I opted to use my midway insurance because of the service received even after my car was towed to dealers I received the follow ups calls to check me and if my car was delivered safely there.thanks miway for having people with good heart and service to us.outst
