Outstanding service Miway - Nokwazi Mdluli

I recently switched back to Miway due to getting better rates and spoke to an online agent just now when I updated my policy (so easy it was). Agent Nokwazi Mdluli was patient, professional and interested in me as a person, which is something totally out of the ordinary from the insurer that I just came from. Being in a supervisory position at my work allows me to accurately guage the personality of a person, especially one that is serving the public.
