Outstanding Service from Mr Donovan and Miway

A few days ago a very unbelievable incident happened to me, It felt like a dream. Even talking about it to myself I could not believe myself.

Things happen in life and am glad you were never quick to judge.

I have no words I can express myself with, but I just want to tell how grateful I am for the time you took to listen to me, to look into the facts and apply your neutral conscience.

The way you handled my claim, the way you communicated with me I should say in my experience with insurances this was one of a kind experience.

I wish you success in your work, and I wish Miway more business.

Even if my claim was not approved I would still have written this note to you Mr Donovan because your kindness and humor really touched me and thanks to you, you have inspired me to be a different person.

To the Miway Team while my story might not be the unique one, what you did for me was a unique kindness.
