I would like to thank Thembeni from miway for helping me with my claim.I was involved in an accident on Monday 2024-07-15 and I submitted my claim the same day.I followed up the claim and Thembeni assisted me a lot,and he explained everything to mey claim was authorised and my car will be fixed.Big ups to Thembeni The person who was allocated to assist me with the claim(Precious)did not do her work as expected.I missed her call as I was busy in court,I sent her an email to please contact me and I am sorry I missed her call.Previous did not even respond to my email I then called to follow up and I found that amazing gentleman Thembeni,he explained everything to me and send me the documents for signature and then everything was sorted out.Thank you very much Thembeni.As for Precious,she needs to have empathy when it comes to such things, it's bad enough that your vehicle is damaged and you get people like Precious who don't care.
