Outstanding service from Calvin Pienaar

I am currently insured with Miway and requested a quote for a new vehicle. The Miway agent quoted me an alarming R370 more for approx. the same vehicle. A further R100 discount was offered and I was still not happy- no special deal or willingness to try and look after a loyal customer. After lodging a complaint on their website, Calvin Pienaar contacted me. What an awesome experience. My whole schedule was reviewed, he identified that am a loyal customer to them, listened to my needs and offered me a quote that I could not resist. Calvin made we feel more positive toward Miway again - to know that there are people in the system that give special individual service to customers and make them feel that they are well looked after. After the first quotation I was planning on moving my insurance to a different company, but thanks to Calvin I am a happy Miway customer again!
