To whom it may concern. I recently interacted with a brilliant, vibrant full of potential Claims Advisor Nkosi who by far this day and age still lives and breaths the Miway values.

I had a claim dating back 2020 which was not processed by an agent who I believe was not accustomed to miway policies and procedures. I was despondent and and ready to cancel my policy but I believed that there were still individuals in Miway that lived the true name of my insurer.

To cut the story short. Not all super heros wear capes. Nhlanhla Nkosi is my hero in this situation. He is excellent in people skills, applying communication and investigation. He is a brilliant gentleman who needs no introduction and I believe he should be recognised for his output and value that he brings to the business.

As an employer myself I value such vibrant individuals who knows company policies, procedures, processes and clients. Miway Nhlanhla is an outstanding resource he was able to review, investigate, consider facts and make a decision in conjunction with his line manager in favor is the business and the customer. My request is that go back and review his out put and see the value he has contributed into your company and recognise him accordingly.
