Good evening.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank miway insurance and there team who assist me with claim no ***. I must say the prompt service I have received from Ruan Van Zyl (asesser) loreal (claim handler) Felicia Naidoo (claims advisor) Bongani (claims advisor) and not forgetting Kea the claims department manager was outstanding. During these times when we have so many problems with all sorts of service providers you guys stand out. When ever I called to speak to a certain person in miway and they were busy on another call, you guys made it your duty to call me back. I appreciate all the effort your team put towards sorting out my claim.
