Outstanding Service

<p>I had an emergency yesterday where my car broke down on my way to work. I immediately contacted Miway for assistance and was greeted by a very friendly consultant Felicity.</p> <p>The agent asked me for m details and I provided same. She asked if I am in a safe place and if the car was out of the way of any traffic and she got my location from me. She then advised that she will get a rollback to assist me urgently and will call me back. It was not even 2 minutes and I received an sms to say that a service provider has been dispatched. Felicity called me back and advised me that help was on the way. There was traffic on the road so the driver of the vehicle took little long to get to me but I did not mind the wait as help was on the way. I am truly happy with the service from Miway and the friendly consultants. I received outstanding service. Thank you Miway</p> <p> </p>
