Outstanding Service

i have a claim with Outsurance ,which is taking a while now to resolve, 11 days to be exact for a claim of +-R25k on a car of +-R350k,when i called them to try find out what is taking so long, they wanted to put the blame on Miway to say that they have since requested the NCB letter and the incident driver on my last claim, they made it look like Miway is not willing to give them the info.<br> when i called Miway Themba took the matter to his hands and escalated the matter to his supervisor Ntokozo, who made sure that Outsurance get what they need.<br> i thank you guys for the outstanding work you have done in no time.<br> <br> ITHINK ITS TIME I CAME BACK HOME(i never had to struggle ,and i would always get feedback from you)
