Outstanding service

I have been trying to give feedback for the services provided to me by Nhlanhla Nkosi whilst I was claiming for a smashed front passenger window. I dont know whether it's my device or maybe I'm just doing something wrong so Nhlanhla opted to giving me ur email address instead.

I want to commend Nhlanhla Nkosi on the way he handled the claim. From the moment I first spoke to him right to checking up if I'm still fine and still needing his assistance further. He made sure that I was safe, the car was in a drivable condition, explained everything that I needed to know. He even called me later on to check if the window was fitted properly and to see if I was happy with the glass fitters workmanship of which I said yes.

He went above and beyond and as this was not my first time lodging an insurance claim, but I can honestly it was the best service I've ever encountered.
