Outstanding service
It is never a good thing whenever you are involved in an accident. The amount of paperwork and admin needed is not a task for the fainthearted. I was recently involved in a car accident.Luckily I'm insured with MiWay.
The process from the initial call at the accident scene (and quick response for authorizing towing) to the actual claim (submitted online) and the constant communication between me and the two stars at MiWay (Atlarelang Nhlapo and Molebogeng Ledwaba)has been really great! The whole process was really smooth and I was treated like the only client.
Thank you for such excellent service. If i could give you guys 10 stars I would! You really are a cut above the rest.
