My mom gave me a call to let me know that she had a problem with the car. I than called miway on her behalf and the friendly consultant promised to give my mom a call and speak to her . Within seconds the consultant had already called my mom and a tow truck was sent in just a few minutes to the area where she was. We are exceptional happy with the professionalism of the consultant to the tow truck driver who came and toured the car. Keep up the good work and continue to shine.
