I was in the process of cancelling my car insurance with Miway because I felt that my monthly premium was high. I had received a lower offer from one of their competitors. When I called in to cancel, the guys at Miway offered to reduce my premium but it was still high so I declined. A day later I received a call from Diego Phasha who managed to convince me to stay by reducing my cover premium by almost 50% of what I was initially paying.
