Wow, those are the words that I used after my interaction with one Phemelo Khunou. I have to say I was a bit reluctant to take the initial offer as it wasn't that different from the premium I'm currently paying with my current insurer. Phemelo single-handedly made sure I sign on the dotted line (so to say). He was attentive to my request and understood what I was looking for in an insurer. He is a great asset to Miway and I look forward to dealing with more Phemelo's since I have now moved all my stuff under one roof. Thank you Phemelo for making sure I did insurance my way.
