Outstanding customer service for Mr Thinus Van Dyk

I would like to take this opportunity to give my utmost gratitude to Mr Thinus Van Dyk who is an employee at MiWay insurance. I have dealt with many employees at MiWay, however, none has matched Mr Thinus’s demeanour, customer service, caring and empathetic nature during my time of need.

From the start of my query, he was patient, kind and asked questions with clarity. In instances where he was uncertain, he would ensure that he was not misunderstood. The service he provided was seamless and less frustrating and I hope MiWay recognises him because it is employees like him and the services provided that make us stay!
