Outstanding Customer Service

I had such a pleasant experience with MiWay from day 1 of the accident. My claims assessor Jacques Pienaar has excellent customer service. I remember the first day I spoke to him, he assured me that I have nothing to worry about cause I was in good hands. Jacques kept me updated at all times, I remember this one day he phoned to let me know that my car was written off and I was with my sister trying to buy food after the unrest had happened. The next day Jacques brought food parcels that he paid for from his own pocket. He went beyond the call of duty.

MiWay insurance is the best insurance to have and it is highly recommendable.
