I was completely impressed with Thuto Mokgatha`s professionalism and customer service when he assisted me earlier this morning with my query.He was very quick with his service and definitely took care of my insurance needs. He was well-mannered, very friendly with a great sense of humor. He also explained my policy for me in detail. Keep up the good work Thuto. Your outstanding customer service exceeded my expectations.
