Thank you Rudzani for outstanding customer service. He went over and beyond to ensure that I wasn't unfairly charged for an error that was made on the date of issue of my licence, recorded on my policy, I'd noticed the wrongly recorded date and called in to have it amended, assured that it was sorted and my premium would not be affected however when I reviewed my policy documents again the requested amendment didn't reflect. Rudzani was able to fix this error and have my premium increase by only R50 as opposed to R200 as a result of the incorrectly recorded licence date of issue.
