Outstanding claim, no response and cancellation.

I have been trying to get hold of Miway since 20 May 2021 to give them notice that I am moving away from them, I also have an outstanding claim which is valid but they are impossible to get hold of, they don't phone back and to tell you where you should take the vehicle for the repairs. I am not happy with Miway's service at all won't recommend them to anyone
