Outstanding claim

<p>My son was involved in an accident on the 3rd March. Took until the 24th March for approval. Despite this and numerous phone calls to the call centre, we cannot get hold of the claims representative, never returns calls. Promises by the call centre to have the assorted, claims adjuster, supervisor etc etc to call back are never met. We are coming up to month 3without a car and despite the above and calls again this week, we are no closer to having ***** show any urgency in this matter. Our claim number is C712677</p>
