Outstanding behaviour
Yesterday I heard a call with Thokozile Sengoai. She is so professional and she understand the pain of having to log the claim and being send from pillar to post. She took me step by step and ask the relevant questions so we can complete the claim. I am now in process of have my vehicle access and they will send the report to her.
