Outstanding
I called Miway to cancel my Policy with Miway. I was assisted by the guy name Thapelo Masinga . The serivces tht he gave me was outstanding . Not becos of the reviewing my policy premims . But the way he answer all the question and understanding my consern . he put himself in my shoes . and he has passion about his job and has also pantient with me as i was at work call coming through. I even gave his number to my husband to join miway.
We need more employees like him . Thank u Thapelo for your great services .
