Hi Hellopeter Team. Yesterday I had a problem with my car which was parked at home it wouldn't start, had a flat battery . After trying few times I called MiWay insurance and my call was answered by a very professional and friendly consultant by the name Mr Aaron Sirwali. He listened to me and he asked for my address which he said he cant pick on goggle map and asked me to send him my location via whatsup. After sending it he called me to confirm that he has received it. And told me the service provider will be sent immediately. I got an SMS saying the service provider has been dispatched I waited and he called again to check if they have arrived or if they have called and when I told him that they haven't called nor arrived, he checked them and told me they were on the way. They arrived shortly after that and they assisted me. He called again to check and told him I have been assisted and thanked him for the prompt service. I would like to say I am very happy for the awesome service and response I got from him . Keep up the good work. Highly appreciated!!!
