Outbound can be Inbound depending on who's calling.

So MiWay says if they don't beat your quote they give you R400 but there are t&c that you need to meet and one the t&c's that it has to be an outbound call. So I call called by an INBOUND sales agent, note I didn't call in because it would have qualified as an inbound. He called me but and said its an INBOUND call so I don't qualify to the R400 since its not an outbound call. I know its SHOCKING, I'm shocked too. So basically no one will ever qualify because their outbound calls are claimed to be inbound even when they call you. Their definition of INBOUND and OUTBOUND is not from SA. Atleast I got to learn other languages.
