Let me take this opportunity to acknowledge the work and excellent customer service and or soft s****s that were demonstrated by Ms Kekana when she was helping me with my query. After a long week of calling MiWay reporting the issue without success, it took her approx 30 minutes to get and resolve the issue and advising on a way forward.
