Out of this World Service!!!!!!!

Once again you have outdone yourself, on Thursday the 6th of September my family and I experienced a break in which really shock us. In this craze time of losing my hard earned belongings ,police reports and running around the last thing I needed was more drama and stress but enter MIWAY. . . I called in to report my case and submit my claim and was first assisted by Mr Solly Mooka who assisted me in a pollute and professional manner ,I was impressed by his efficiency and readiness to assist me. After everything was said and done he transferred me to Ms Rachel Lewis who took service delivery to another level. Ms Lewis has really blown my mind and shown me what true customer service is, she was extremely friendly and took me through everything step by step ,I never felt lost and knew exactly what was happening with my claim without having to call in or do follow ups. There were even a few issues which she helped correct in order to get my claim to change from processing to Approved which she didn’t have to do but took the time and initiative to get done.

I’ve been with MIWAY for over 5 years now and I’ve always held the company in high esteem due to the excellent service I’ve always received and this time was no exception in fact Ms Lewis has raised the bar and gone far beyond what I thought was possible, its only because of service like this that I can proudly recommend MIWAY to everyone I see and meet on a daily and ongoing basis. I want to take this opportunity to thank MIWAY for making such a positive difference in my life especially at a time like this ,a time when a little light goes a long way and secondly I want to thank Ms Lewis for everything she has done. . .(You think that you were just rendering good service but you were in fact providing my family and I with GREAT SERVICE & JOY)
