Out of this World Service!!!
Today I had a query with my billing and premium from Mi Way so I decided to give them a call and was assisted by Mpho Makhene. From the get go Mpho was extremely friendly and willing to assist he took the time to listen to my issue and advise me accordingly he even went a step further and gave me a discount on my premium which I wasn't excepting. . .WOW!!! To Mi Way thank you for your excellence and for having such great and well trained personnel. (To Mpho Makhene thank you so much you roc****)
