Out of this world customer service

Asisipho Ntwanambi from the retentions department needs to be promoted to a manager or something higher, the care and sympathy that she has for us as customers is out of this world. There was an error from Miways side which affected my debit orders and I almost left MiWay but Asisipho has been holding my hand ever since and even checked up on me afterwards and that really means a lot, that is amazing customer service and may God bless her.
