Our money back

A couple of weeks ago my husband cancelled his insurance with MiWay through telephonic services and he was told to wait for an email to confirm the cancellation. It's weeks later and nothing has happened after two follow ups, we still wait. Payday came and they deducted what's no longer due to them. We waited 4-7 working days for the money to be returned still nothing, no email no refund. His premium was also increased without notification, extremely so too hence we changed to another cheaper insurer. It's been a whole month of waiting and being told this and that by their service consultants, we just want our money back as we cancelled with MiWay a whole month ago. The back and forth is not necessary, just give us back our money!!!!
