Only Non-Original parts approved for repairs by MiWay---Windscreen

Logged a claim on the app and called MiWay to let them know of a crack in the front windscreen due to stone hitting it. They agree to replace it, but only with a non-original make of windscreen. I want the original make....that's why I am paying the full price for insurance. They are yet to come back to me, even though they mentioned that the consultant assigned to this case would call me by Friday (8 June 2022. Still driving with a cracked windscreen.
