Online quote application

<p>I have tried to apply for a quote online and it is not letting me cancel the current quote that was there, nor is it allowing me to continue the quote that is there already. </p> <p> </p> <p>I would only want to apply online for the extra benefits of doing so I would like someone to actually remove the current quote from the system so I can do a quote and get on with the process. </p> <p> </p> <p>I resorted to requesting a call back, and moments later, someone dialed and cut the call immediately after one ring, the phone was right in front of me, I would also like the person who tried calling me, to be taken in for training to find out why they did this, just to make it seem like they tried to call me, the recording should show how long he had held on the line for. </p>
