Online policy Rewards - DOES NOT EXIST!!!

On the 14th May I started a quote on your website after hearing about the cash reward for taking up insurance online. I kept getting error messages so I reported it and was told to continue the process the following day as the issue should be resolved by then. But it wasn't. I continued calling, DAILY, in an attempt to get it sorted and continue with the online application. But there has been one issue after the next. One excuse after the next and one more failed resolution after the next. I kept also getting calls asking if I would like to complete the app on the telephone but I repeatedly said I want to do it online for the reward offered. So it was suggested I 'accept' the quote of the incomplete policy and do the necessary changes on the 28th (today) as it should be available. Needless to say, that I STILL cannot amend the policy and your website issue still has not been fixed. So OBVIOUS the lure of doing the online rewards is a FARCE because I doubt anyone has ever been successful in doing so. 2 weeks, endless emails and calls and I'm sitting with a policy that has all the cover I DON'T need. That's MIWAY, for doing it YOUR WAY. I'm cancelling in 24 hours.. Tick Tock
