Prudence Joka was an absolute pleasure to chat with this morning. I needed my address changed as it was conflicting on my email versus online account. She asked for the addresses and within minutes i received a policy update. Furthermore, i asked for an invoice for the last few months for work purposes and she was so prompt. It's always nice dealing with ladies like this who knows exactly what she is doing and how efficient to do so.
