<p>I used the online chat portal to chat with an agent in order to correct my vehicle's registration number on my policy. I found this to be very convenient and the chat agent, Tshifhiwa Mamphiswana, to be very helpful. I prefer this method over struggling on the MiWay website or over the phone.</p>
