Online Assistance
As I'm one that does not like phones, I was assisted by Zandile Gumede via the online assistance app. Thank you Zandile for assisting me and for being so helpful. Once I was finished with my request my policy was updated immediately even got my new policy mailed to me withing seconds. Thank you MiWay for making it easy for me.
