I have phoned to discuss my premium: after presenting all the details regarding my car, my new routine, and my other new circumstances during COVID, colleagues at Miway have gladly assisted me on (1) all info I need to know regarding how premium works, and (2) helped me to negotiate for a best new premium they could possibly get for me - I could feel on my side of the phone they were applying their mind and were not just going through standard paperwork or routine.
