Onboarding and correction of policy detail
<p>I moved insurance to MiWay last week (End July 2017). The online site, and the telephonic support subsequent to that was excellent with helpful and quick staff. It is the first time I experience such efficiency from short term insurance agents. Well done, keep up this service level. A special word of of aapreciation to Thobani Mahlaba who patiently stepped through the policy detail in an online chat session. He must be one of your best online representatives.</p>
