On Tuesday I called Miway to add an additional item. I also requested a call back to have my policy reviewed. A gentleman by the name of Simphiwe called me. I give this gent a 10/10 rating. He was professional,friendly, clear in the way he spoke. And was able to assist me with my request. It was a pleasure dealing with this senior consultant.
