On the 22nd of December 2024 I had a mechanical problem with my car. Miway promised to despatch a tow truck within an hour. I couldn't believe them as I was in a remote area of the Eastern Cape but it arrived within an hour, 53 minutes to be precise. Today I called to change the registration number of my other vehicle and the consultant, Noluthando Ngcobo was exceptionally professional and friendly. Thank you so much Miway.
