On Numerous Occasions I have asked MiWay Insurance to remove me from their Database. I ask asked a Consultant (Mark) when he phoned me in July. I then received another call from them again to try and sell me a product and ended up speaking to a Team Leader (Namhola Nzolo) who said he would ensure that I get removed from their Database and he said that he would also give me a call before 12:00pm on that day to confirm that it was done. Surprise-Surprise , that never happened. Now on the 16th of September I yet again received a call from Miway (Simphiwe Sithole) when I asked to remove me again which he says that he has sent an email to the relevant people to have that done. I then demanded to speak to a Team Leader and I eventually spoke to a Gazane Matlale whom I expressed my great dissatisfaction with Miway not listening to my request. Why can they not listen to my request and just remove me from their Database.
